Complete kits make installation simple. KV P992 RollEzy Ball Bearing Hardware kits for bypass glass doors include all tracks and rollers to make sliding glass doors for 3 foot to six foot wide openings: Designed for larger glass door installations used in retail display cases, trophy cases, and locking visible storage units. Tracks are made from zinc plated steel for durability. Tracks can be surface mounted or recessed into a routed channel. Ball bearing carrier has free moving balls set 3' on center. Allows heavy doors to slide easily. Wide divider on upper channel maintains door position. Prepackaged assemblies for 36', 48', 60' and 72' openings. Components can be cut to fit openings other than the pre-cut sizes. Kits contain: 1ea Upper double channel, 2ea Shoe(to hold bottom ofglass), 2ea Ball Bearing Carriers and 1 lower double track. For best fit, glass should be cut 1-1/4' shorter than the height of the opening. Knape and Vogt recommends that the height of the door should be no more than two times the door width. USA.
